+ Firearm Declaration: For your safety and ours, kindly declare any firearms before your arrival.
+ Internet Connectivity: Please be aware that our cabin in the woods may experience spotty internet connectivity, especially during adverse weather conditions. Embrace the opportunity to disconnect and enjoy the natural surroundings.
+ Parking: We have limited space, allowing only one vehicle per cabin for parking.
+ No Outside Guests: To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, only guests listed on the initial reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
+ Food Deliveries and Rideshare: For convenience and to preserve the tranquility of the property, all food deliveries and rideshare services should be met at the beginning of the dirt road and are not allowed on the property.

All rules must be followed to avoid immediate eviction and termination of rental with no refund.

+ Must be at least 23 years old to rent and must stay in the property every night of the booked dates.
+ Check-in: After 4:00 PM
+ Checkout: 11:00 AM
+ Self check-in with keypad
+ No smoking
+ No pets
+ No parties or events
+ Please ensure the guest count matches the reservation details – no exceptions!
+ Additional fees of $50 per guest will be charged if the guest count is wrong and needs to be adjusted after arrival.
+ Only the registered guest should rent this property, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone.
+ ID is required for all guests on the reservation and must be sent 1 day before arrival for access codes to be activated for check-in or this will significantly delay your check in
+ Respect quiet hours between 9 PM and 8 AM. Any guests not listed on the reservation must vacate the property by 9:00 PM (when permitted).
+ Comes with a Parking pass for free offsite parking for 1 vehicle, keys, (if keys are required) and parking pass must be returned or a $150.00 loss of your deposit.
+ Property is monitored by cameras. The cameras are OUTSIDE the home ONLY. Disabling these cameras will terminate your rental agreement without a refund.
