Tucked just 12 minutes away from the lively city of Wilmington, Red Dog Farms NC is not just a getaway; it's an invitation to experience the serene beauty of rural North Carolina. Nestled on 17 acres of natural landscaped farm, our finished modern container cabins offer a unique blend of comfort and rustic charm.

We train and breed AKC Champion Hungarian Vizslas here (bird dogs) on the farm. There are 2 ponds and a several wildflower fields used to attract honey bees on the property and you are free to wander and enjoy the grounds. There is a grill available for your use if you'd like. When the sun sets throw some logs on the fire pit and sit back and enjoy life under the stars while you relax and listen to the sounds of peaceful tranquility. Your stay at Red Dog Farms promises not just relaxation but an immersion into the heart of nature.

Booking Terms & Policies

Payment & Fees
We require full payment at time of booking.

Cleaning Fee: $55

Security Deposit: A $100 Security Deposit is required at time of booking to reserve this property.

Cancellations
Cancellations before 30 days of arrival will receive a partial refund. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund. All cancellations must be in writing and are irreversible. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation.

Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstance
Please be aware that adverse weather conditions may occur. Regrettably, we do not offer refunds for such circumstances, but we'll gladly provide a credit for any payments made, redeemable for alternate dates within 60 days. We strongly recommend considering trip insurance, especially during hurricane season (June 1st - November 30th), for added peace of mind.

Red Dog Farms is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Red Dog Farms is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use as registered guest.

+ Parking: We have limited space, allowing only one vehicle per cabin for parking.
+ No Outside Guests: To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, only guests listed on the initial reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
+ Food Deliveries and Rideshare: For convenience and to preserve the tranquility of the property, all food deliveries and rideshare services should be met at the beginning of the dirt road and are not allowed on the property.
